Enabling In/Out Time Tracking

Before you begin

  1. Select Menu > Administrative Access > Attendance.
  2. Select Entity Group Year Configuration under Settings.
    Expected Result

    You see the General tab of the Entity Group Year Configuration Details screen.

  3. Under the In/Out Minutes Tracking heading, check the box for Enable In/Out Time. Then, check the box for Use In/Out Time for Calculations if appropriate.
  4. Choose one of the options near the top left of the screen to save your work.

    Save & Back Saves your changes and you return to the screen you were previously on.
    Save Changes Saves your changes and you remain on the General tab of the Entity Group Year Configuration Details screen.
