Marking a Gradebook Assignment so it does not Calculate into Term Grade
You can make an assignment not count towards student term grades by setting all scores for an entire class to No Count using the Mass Score option within the Gradesheet.

You can mark assignments as No Count within the gradesheet if they should not count towards your students’ term grade. Let’s begin by navigating to the Gradesheet feature within the Gradebook module. We can select the tile for our desired class. For this example, we want the Contract Signature assignment to not impact our students’ term grades. We’ll select the assignment header and select Mass Score. We’re going to select the Set All to No Count radio button and click Save. We can expand this assignment and see that the No Count box has been checked and the assignment icon has been assigned. Now that you’ve learned how to mark a gradebook assignment as No Count, you can rest easy knowing that it will not calculate into the term grade.
