In this video, we are going to take a look at printing a class roster or blank gradesheet in the Gradebook. We're going to navigate to the Menu, Teacher Access, Gradebook, and Gradesheet. If you're taken into a particular class, you can use the Class List option at the top right and then select the tile for the appropriate class. From the Gradesheet, you're going to click More near the top right of the screen and choose Print/Export Blank Gradesheet. This screen enables you to configure what information you wish to display. We can choose to include class details, student indicators, student name, grade level information, as well as student numbers. We can then choose the number of assignment columns to print, as well as the column width and row height. Then we can click Print Preview to take a look at what it is going to look like. If we're satisfied with the results, we can click Print or Download. Print will open a dialogue box where we can use our settings to print a hard copy of our gradesheet. If we select Download, it will download as a PDF. I'll select Download, and we'll notice that it shows up here at the bottom of our screen. Thank you for following along on how to print a class roster or blank gradesheet in the Gradebook.
