Welcome to the Fundamentals of Student Management Processes Quick Start overview. In this course, you’re going to learn about how you can add and maintain student information, create and maintain family information, as well as maintain student enrollment information. Within the Student Profile feature of the Student module, you can add a new student by selecting the corresponding option. Once a profile has been created for your desired student, you can then maintain their information, such as their personal profile, any addresses attached, phone numbers, emails, emergency contacts, and more via the corresponding sub-tabs within the General tab group. You can also create families for your students from the Family sub-tab of the Family tab group. This enables you to attach parents and guardians, as well as any siblings to your student. Once guardians have been attached, you can maintain their information within the Record Options drop-down list or by opening their record. Lastly, you can maintain student enrollment information by utilizing the sub-tabs under the Enrollment tab group. Let’s get started with the course!
