Processing Attendance Audit - Update Totals (District)

Processing the Attendance Audit - Update Totals (District) utility enables administrative users, such as office staff, to manually recalculate attendance totals for all students in the District. For example, if changes are made to the attendance calculation setup, and student attendance is already entered in the system, you must process this utility to apply the changes to the current attendance records. Only one instance of this process can be run at a time. Skyward recommends running this process outside of normal school hours because it can be a long process depending on the size of the district.

Before you begin

  1. Select Menu > Administrative Access > Attendance.
  2. Select Attendance Audit - Update Totals (District) under Utilities.
    Expected Result

    You see the Attendance Totals screen.

  3. Click Run Process near the top left of the screen.
  4. Click Close near the top left of the screen.
    Expected Result

    You return to the screen you were previously on.
