In the Notifications area of the Message Center module, you can create and send notifications about issues such as discipline warnings. A discipline warning enables teachers to enter discipline infractions they witness. Discipline warning notifications let the specified recipient know that a student violated one or more school rules. For example, a warning notification might be sent to a student's guardian if the student did not bring gym shoes to gym class.
While setting up the notification, you can schedule it to be sent at a desired frequency. For example, if you want to send all discipline warning notifications once a week instead of each time a violation occurred, you could schedule the notification to do so.
You see the Notification List, which displays existing Notifications set up for all requested dates.
